Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI: Fix Released

Bug description:
With the "Control Points" view it is not easy to see
all horizontal/vertical control lines in the project.
Only if you have selected the correct two images you
can see the lines in the control points list. This
makes it difficult e.g. to delete horizon lines created
automatically by autopano-sift.

There should be a "line mode" in the "Control Points"
view. Most of the UI would stay the same but the lower
part would be replaced by a tabbed view with the tabs
"Points" and "Lines".

"Points" - same stuff as is there now. But the combo
box Normal/Horizontal/Vertical is no longer necessary
as lines are only created/edited in "Lines" tab.

"Lines" - similiar UI as "Points" plus
Check box: "Show all lines" - unchecked: only lines
in the two images are shown in the list

Combo box: "Toggle H/V" - toggle between H/V on the
selected line

Context sensitive menu for control points in images:
"Open corresponding image" (see feature request #1379733)

Check box: "Show lines in images"
    - lines completely in one image should be easy to draw
    - lines starting in one image and ending in the
other would be REALLY COOL :-)

The whole thing might also be implemented as new
"Control Lines" view but I think it is faster to have
everything in one view. With two separate views the
user has to switch between the modes and the images
need to be updated.
