  Window menu item needed in hugin menu bar.

Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When using the Advanced or Expert interface in hugin it is easy to get
  the "Panorama Stitcher" window hidden in behind the "Fast Panorama
  preview" window.  Then the only way to get to it is to move the
  preview window out of the way.

  Would it be possible to add a "Window" selection in the menu bar for
  hugin so it was easier to move between the two windows?
