I can't reproduce the issue here. Could you provide the pto file, so I
can check it?

Just for clarification: you are referring to the fast preview window,
where the masks are missing and not to the mask tab in the pano
editor/main window, correct?

Title:
  Preview not complete while using "exclude region from all images of
  this lens" mask

Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  While using the "exclude region from all images of this lens" mask in Hugin version 2013 beta1, preview screen only shows the mask on the picture used to create the mask. It works on final rendering.
  For information, it appears on mac-osx.
