  libpano13 build fails with cmake parameter
  DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=RelWithDebInfo

Bug description:
  When following the instructions from
  http://wiki.panotools.org/Hugin_Compiling_Ubuntu to compile libpano13
  the build fails to produce a *.deb package.

  When adapting the cmake parameter DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=RelWithDebInfo to
  DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug it succeeds to produce a working debian
  package (libpano13-2.9.19-789hg-Linux.deb)
