Public bug reported:

I downloaded the latest compiled version from
https://sourceforge.net/projects/hugin/files/hugin/hugin-2019.2/Hugin-2019.2.0.dmg/download

Then I allowed both Hugin and Hugin.app and huginStitchProject.app in
Settings/Privacy&Security.

Now, whenever I launch Hugin, it shows a tooltip, then I press the close
button to close the tooltip, and after that it goes unresponsive forever
until I Force Quit it.
