Viewing angle of target image

Bug description:
I would like to be able to specify a viewing angle for
the target image, relative to the coordinate system of
the arranged source images. The target viewing angle
would be an input parameter to the stitcher program
(nona). The whole stitching procedure would then look
like this:
1. Add source images
2. Specify control points
3. Optimize source images relative to each other
4. (Optionally) select a viewing direction, and a
projection type
(GUI support for this in the previewer)
5. Stitch target image
The advantage is that the optimizer is used only for
arranging the images relative to each other (and
perhaps adusting the image horizon to the horizontal
plane of the coordinate system). Afterwards one can
move the view around the coordinate system, and render
an image in which ever direction one wants, without
re-optimizing the source image positions.
