can you please confirm if this error occur with a recent version?  the
modules that may contain the bug have all had massive changes in the
last few months.

Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:

Bug description:
  Projects fail because when you use the # character in the file name.
"d:\tmp\hug3B6.tmp:552: warning: overriding commands for target '#'
... no target ..."
This happened from PTBatcherGUI - I'm not sure which modul contains the bug.
