  Add limits for optimization params

Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:

Bug description:
  Sometimes the optimization failes and pictures are concatenated upside down. I would like to see a option to restrict the optimization angles. i.e roll angle should never go beyond 90deg. This the optimizer would be forced to search a other, more likely position.
