  'normal' output should be disabled for exposure stacks

Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:

Bug description:
  I was trying out the latest version (0.7.0.3082), stitching 16 images into an exposure-corrected LDR panorama. During the stitching there was an error, with a request to send the log output here.
