  Usability Improvement: add save buttons to Panorama Preview

Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:

Bug description:
  It would be nice to have the save buttons also in the
Panaorama Preview window. Then you wouldn't have to
switch between the windows especially if both of them
are full screen.
