Title:
stitching fails when existing image(s) need to be overwritte

Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
When creating a pano using the same file name to overwrite that existing pano, the stitching fails with the following error:
echo: write Bad file descriptor
gnumake: *** [test] Error 1

When aborting the stich, e.g. when multiple intermediate tiff files remain, it happens for the temporary tiffs as well.

Happening in 2010.2 branch and in trunk.
