[Bug 678809] Re: CP area selection square disapears
I'm not sure, if I understand the original report. What I observe might be related and is illustrated in the attached screenshots:
In all three screenshots control point #8 is marked/active. Depending on the position of the mouse cursor (marked in the three jpgs) the small magnification rectangle is visible in both images (cursor on cp list), in the left (cursor on right image) or in the right image (cursor on left image).
The small magnification rectangle should always be visible in both
images when one cp is selected, independent of cursor position.

Bug description:
When manually selecting control points, with "auto add" _deselected_, I select a cp in the one image, then hugin gives a very convenient white square to select the area in the other image for the matching point.
If you want to select the next point in the same image pair, the white square disappears, it only comes back if you move to the next image pair.
