Title:
getFocalLength() warnings
Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:
Triaged
Bug description:
[setting priority to 1 as this is just an annoyance and not a release blocker]
When remapping an equirectangular image with nona, I see four of these warnings, which makes it difficult to see the rest of the output:
Lens.cpp:88) getFocalLength(): Focal length calculations only supported with rectilinear and fisheye images
In fact the hugin Assistant seems to be capable of calculating the focal length of an equirectangular image: If I enter a FoV of 360 and multiplier of 1, it gives a focal length of 6.16mm - This is the same as for fisheye images and seems quite reasonable - ie. This is the focal length of lens that would be required on a rotating panoramic camera to give this image.
