Title:
undo goes back to previous project's context
Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:
Confirmed
Bug description:
I noticed the following behaviour on hugin Pre-Release 2010.5.0.397a5cc07149 self-built on Kubuntu 10.10. To make sure, I went bleeding edge and found the same in Pre-Release 2010.5.0.e7939a4f5bc7:
I had finshed with one project and opened another. After a few steps I decided to undo them and pressed undo several times. Instead of stopping at the point where I had opened the new project, hugin proceeded to reload the images and context of the previous project. Pressing 'save' in this situation would overwrite the new project with the old one, since the new project's name was still active. Trying to get back into the new project by pressing 'redo' was impossible, though.
I think that either undoing beyond the loading of the current project should be made impossible, or reverting to a previous project via undo should change back to the old project completely, also making it's name active again, together with a warning that edits to the new project will be lost, since once the old project's context has been reestablished, you cannot get back to the new project.
with regards
Kay
