SOrry, SOLVED !!! Had '/' characters in the folder's name in which I had
the original pictures. Had also error on loading pictures for the same
reason but bypassed with drag'n'drop.

Bug description:
  Hi,

After clicking Stitch Now on Stitcher, I get this error message.

Checking nona...[OK]
Checking enblend...[OK]
Checking enfuse...[OK]
Checking hugin_hdrmerge...[OK]
Checking exiftool...[OK]
gnumake: *** No rule to make target `/Users/nathanharris/Pictures/iPhoto Library/Modified/2010/15\:04\:2010/IMG_3898.jpg', needed by `KL1_exposure_layers_0000.tif'.  Stop.

I have upgraded from Version 0.8.0 to 2010.0.0 tonight as I was having difficulties merging photos.  I think I was more of the problem, but discovered there was a more recent version available so downloaded it.  I have saved Auto Pano Sift and Panomatic, however Hugin wont auto-detect the control points - can you advise where I may have gone wrong.
