[Bug 696831] Re: Nona Window getting focus, hindering other work

I subscribed Matthew Petroff to this report as it pertains his build
(and probably the build instructions on the Wiki?)

@Matthew: did you use Freegult or glut?

@Thomas: is it difficult to compile against glut instead of against
Freeglut?

Does it make sense to rebuild 2010.4.0 against glut and replace the
download on SourceForge?

Title:
Nona Window getting focus, hindering other work

Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:
  Triaged

Bug description:
I'm stitching a large panorama at work. Using the latest version (all details at the end) of hugin with GPU remapping the nona window pops up multiple times and steals the focus of the current window. This hinders working with other programs while letting hugin finish the stitch.

This little screencast shows the problem: I'm doing some work-stuff (shoot me an email if you'd like to know what :) while waiting for a stitch to finish. The nona-window always steals the focus from my other window: http://habi.gna.ch/u/6m (just at the beginning and at approx. 35 seconds).

The problem only exists with GPU remapping enabled, disabling it leaves the stitching process without focus (but takes much longer...)
