  Add a function to update control point error distances

Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:

Bug description:
  Hugin updates the tables of control point distances during/after
  optimisation and on the initial load of the project file. However if
  photos are manually moved, have parameters changed, or fine tune all
  points is used then this info is no-longer accurate.

  There should be an 'Update' button in the Control Points Table window,
  and an equivalent item in the Edit menu.
