The errror is from enblend, it is unable to create a temporary file.
This could be various problems:

There is no more space on the drive that contains the default temporary folder.
The default temporary folder doesn't exist.
Vista has security policies, it is possible that enblend.exe doesn't have permission to write the temporary file.

  error during stitching

Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:
  New

Bug description:
  I have encountered one error using 2010-4 on Vista32bit (reminiscent of Hugin0.7.0) where it doesn't like spaces in the directory filename. Using directories without spaces I get error1 during stitching - see text below
  PS. Hugin2009-4 works perfectly
