Title:
  numeric transform is non-functional in individual drag mode

Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  In the move/drag tab of the fast preview window the numeric transform
  usually rotates the whole panorama.

  If Drag mode: normal, individual is set then the numeric transform
  does nothing.

  In this case the numeric transform should: be disabled and greyed, or
  work as before on the whole panorama (the center, fit and straighten
  buttons still work on the whole panorama), or work only with the
  selected photos.
