I just get it out of my mind and thus I implemented the support for the
LogLuv TIFF. I used the first mentioned approach, ie. Luv is converted
to RGB in VIGRA when image is loaded.

Bug description:
  Add support for LogLuv TIFF. Image loaded is not visible in the the
  fast preview and has strange colors in traditional (slow) preview. The
  output of nona seems to be emty.
