you seem to be pushing your PC to the limit.  From the log it seems to
be a single core and you are trying to output a very big panorama
directly to stereographic.

try stitching to equirectangular first, then load the equirectangular in
Hugin to produce the stereographic.

try stitching a smaller size.

  An sich ging alle bei dem Bildern ganz gut nur das Zusammenfügen
  bricht immer wieder bei der gleichen Stelle ab.
