Hello Matthew,
  By Golly THat DiD IT! I had to download an earlier version of the file in 
order to make it run, but when I figured out to do that, then everything 
loaded up properly. Thank you for your help.

  Downloaded Beta 2011...don't know how to install on Windows XP

Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  when I click on the icon to run the program, this comes up:
   C:\Program Files\Hugin\bin\hugin.exe
  This application has failed to start because the application configuration 
is incorrect.
  Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

  I reinstalled it a couple of times and still the program won't work. What 
I am doing or not doing right?
