Hi this is a known bug, the problem is that hugin is passing a filename
begining with '-' to enblend (I think it is fixed in the next release).

The workaround is to click 'stitch now...', but instead of accepting the
'name' in the 'specift output prefix' window, change it to some name
that doesn't start with '-'.
