[Bug 780208] Re: Stiching fails "No rule to make target `3"
Hi, the error indicates that the problem is the brackets in the folder
name: 'New folder (3)'.
This is fixed for Windows in the next release, the workaround is to
rename the folder and remove the '(3)' bit.

Title:
Stiching fails "No rule to make target `3"
Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:
New
Bug description:
Creating a pano named "IMG_9036-IMG_9080" fails while naming it
"IMG_9036-IMG_9080 full" works just fine. Weird. Same exact image set,
same control points. I tried remaking the pano, and it failed again on
the default name. I changed it to "IMG_9036-IMG_9080 2" and it worked
fine. I have made other panoramas with the default name before without
any problem on this system, but none this big. Perhaps the sheer
number of images is causing a problem somehow. The obvious workaround
is to not use the default name.
