[Bug 802214] Re: Upgrade of Hugin to latest version 2011.0.0 removes Autopano-sift-C 2.5.1 on Ubuntu 10.04

Found release notes for 2011.0.0

>From there

Since 2010.4 Hugin ships with its own 'Patent Free' control point
generator. Third-party generators are still supported through the plug-
in architecture. CPFind is the recommended control point generator and
the only one endorsed by the Hugin project team.

So if I understood right autopano-shift-c support has been stopped and
there fore this is actually not a bug but desired functionality?

Title:
Upgrade of Hugin to latest version 2011.0.0 removes Autopano-sift-C
  2.5.1 on Ubuntu 10.04

Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:
  New

Bug description:
  Autopano-sift-C 2.5.1-0ubuntu2~lucid depends on libpano13-1 where as
Hugin 2011.0.0+dfsg-0ubuntu1~lucid depends on libpano13-2. Both
  packages are available from http://ppa.launchpad.net/hugin/hugin-
  builds/ubuntu.

Effectively conflict requires user to either remain in older version
of Hugin, switch to different control point generator or manually
compile autopano-sift-c with libpano13-2 (if possible?)
