Extra info: just tried another panorama, two different pictures, one on top of the other - vertical panorama, which is the same as the first one by the way. Result is again lots of black area in which I need to search for where the picture is, using the drag tool in preview. And then crop, save, done.

  hugin gives an error during stitching message - no final output

Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:
  New

Bug description:
  When previewing the panorama without any cropping the final result
  would become huge. This is because of major black areas around the
  picture. Hugin warns me about this. Ignoring this warning and trying
  to save final output results in error. I know there is an easy work
  around. Just crop it. But where does this big black waste of memory
  come from?

  This is the log, not the same as other no output writing errors as far
