  lens_calibrate_gui crashes when max img size > real size

Bug description:
  Version: 5293:43043d2742e4 (Mac OS X)
  When opening a new image in lens_calibrate_gui the original settings are not removed.
  After my own photo I took a small 640x480 example image from the internet while the "Maximum image size"  was still set to 1600.

  Every "Maximum image size"  setting bigger than the real loaded image
  size makes l_c_g crash.
