  boost threading issue at build

Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:

Bug description:
  building on Solaris11e with gcc 4.5.2 I got the below error.
  I got around it by adding 
  ADD_DEFINITIONS(-pthreads)
  to 
  src/hugin_base/CMakeLists.txt
