OS X Lion is a very recent O/S and it is possible that Hugin will have
to be updated to run on it. There are a number of similar reports coming
in.

Bug description:
  In Mac OS 10.7 Lion, the stitching process runs smoothly for a while,
  and then it stops abruptly with an error.

  The error occurs regardless of the number of images in the project.

  Error log attached.
