[Bug 816022] Re: Error during stitching ("no rule to make target")

 

That's the weird thing -- I just changed "Oxford City Hall" to "Oxford
City Hall II" to make sure that the title of the project matched the
title under which I planned to post it. Whether this caused the program
to behave as normal again I don't know -- I do understand that temporal
sequence doesn't imply causality. Still, I didn't make any other system
changes during that time.

I'll let you know if I encounter any other unexpected behavior in the
future. Thanks for a wonderful program, and for your support.

Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Trying to stitch a panorama under Linux Mint (Julia), I get a message
  "Error during stitching, please report the complete text to ..." etc.
  I have verified that there are no special characters (as described by
  the FAQ entry) anywhere in the path name).

  Checking enblend...[OK]
  Checking enfuse...[OK]
  Checking hugin_hdrmerge...[OK]
  Checking exiftool...[OK]
  make: *** No rule to make target `/home/patrick/Need Processing/Pictures/Panorama groups/Oxford City Hall/100_6689.JPG', needed by `OxfordCityHall0000.tif'.  Stop.
