thank you for your help!

I had about 5GB of free disk space. I tryed it again after releasing another 25 GB of disk space so I had a total Amount of 30GB. The same prob again. in the attachment you will find the new errorlog and the .pto file. 
I tryed to stich 17 12mpx pictures. With some unused space in the new picture it should be an 320Mpx Picture. (has to be reduced afterwards.) I already tryed to stich only a smaller part of the full panorama, it stil did not work.
As far as i know Hugin has no limit for the imagesize.

  cant create the full panorama

Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I like to create a panorama with more than one row of pictures.
  Everythink works fine until i try to create the final output. They
  tell me there is an error. I tryed different types of projection
  (zylindric and equirectangular) , different versions of hugin (newest
  and 2010 version), always the same. I upload the log and the
  projectfile, maybe somebody can find something in there.
