[Bug 825756] Re: Stitching fails with multiple cores

Yuv, I will address your last two messages hereunder:

There is one physical drive of 500 MB. It is partitioned into 100 MB
for system / boot / programs and 400 MB for data and working storage.
Hugin is installed on the first partition and uses the second partition
for photo storage and some working storage. The first (100 MB)
partition is 55 percent free while the second (400 MB) partition is 91
percent free.

Sorry Yuv. I should have given more complete observation:

After switching to “no exposure correction - etc”

Ten intermediate files are created (by nona)
AJH_2201-AJH_2210_exposure_layers_000n.tif (n=0 to 9)
Processing stops between nona and enblend without generating error window.
(The progress logging to screen happens too quickly to see exactly where it was up to at that point)

AJH_2201-AJH_2210a000n.tif (n=1 to 9) These 10 files were not found.

If I rename the ten found files AJH_2201-AJH_2210_exposure_layers_000n.tif (n=0 to 9) to AJH_2201-AJH_2210a000n.tif (n=0 to 9)
and then run the 2nd and 3rd commands you requested, then enblend does run and both commands produce the same result as I got originally:
i.e.
2nd Command:
Enblend: Error: first.tif: Cannot open - etc
3rd Command:
Enblend: Error: second.tif: Cannot open - etc

I assume that the above findings make it unnecessary to run the nona
command that you suggested.
