Hi!
I have a Canon 600D with 18MP camera. Do i need to change every picture before stitching together or just the result? A complete result of over 1000 megapixel would be great.

You are trying to stitch a very large (300+ megapixel) image. Try stitching a lower resolution output and see if you still have the error.
It may be related to temporary files using up all of your free disk space. It could also be related to this bug:

  I don´t know why it becomes an error.

  enblend: an exception occured
  enblend: enblend: unable to create image swap file name.

  enblend: info: remove invalid output image "MFKA site.tif"
  make: *** [MFKA site.tif] Error 1
