Title:
Masks CPs not editable (OS X)

Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
When in the Mask tab, cannot add or delete points in masks.
The documentations indicates that cntrl + left click (which on a Mac = an unmodified right click) on the mask line will add a point: but neither action creates a point.

It also indicates "right mouse click while holding ctrl key on a
point" deletes the point. This works, but I would point out that it is
impossible to do on a Mac laptop with a mouse (trackpad alone does not
suffice) or on any Mac without a 2 button mouse since Macs use ctrl +
click as a right click (no way to press "ctrl + ctrl + mouse'.)

  Using Hugin 2011.3.0.5558:a7863c364ae9 (Mac)
