  Anchor controlpoints.

Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:

Bug description:
  I'm shooting my images with a motorized setup. So I more or less KNOW
  the layout of the images.

  To prevent wrong controlpoints from pulling the images completely out
  of whack, I would like to create controlpoints between each image and
  "the background".
