These lines are shown only if there control points connecting image
pairs or when the images are overlapping. Maybe the lines are not shown
if there is only a small overlap - for calculation of overlap there must
be a compromise between speed and accuracy. So please check if your
images are overlapping. If so and the lines are not shown please provide
the pto file.

Other cause could be related with your graphic system. But you wrote
that it worked in previous version and there were not changes to this
part. So this seems not the cause.

  [Layout] No visible line

Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:
  New

Bug description:
  On windows 7 64 bits, with 2011.4.0.cf9be9344356 built by Matthew Petroff, for unknown reason, there are no visible line on the layout tabs of the OpenGl preview. As far as I remember, i saw them in previous version.
  I use Intel HD3000 graphic card if it could help on two screen.
