  PTBatcher triplicate queue entry on first stitch - OSX

Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:

Bug description:
  On a project's first stitch attempt three entries for the stitch are
  entered into the BTPatcher queue. The first and second in the queue
  are intact entries. The first is in progress. The second is in
  waiting. The third queue entry reports as failed. The second asks to
  overwrite the temp tiffs when it becomes active.  Normal single entry
  behavior occurs after this triplicate is canceled and erased or when
  the triplets are allowed o run their course.  OS X 10.6.8 , hugin-
