  To build panorama, it always comes to "failed/abort"

  I use the most recent version of Hugin (1011.4.0), under Mac OS X 10.7.4. When I call "build panorama", even if all preview and images are good, it comes to "fail/abort" at the end of the process. It is asking me if i want to overwrite the .tif files, does it have something with it to do? When I answer "no" it comes simply quicker to "fail".
