  Changeset 6758e8ca9244 breaks MSVC Build

Bug description:
  Revision 6758e8ca9244 replaces the Mersenne Twister random number
  generator with rand_r. Unfortunately, rand_r is POSIX only, so Enblend
  no longer compiles using MSVC on Windows.
