The Spanish translation in the current branch contains more translated strings and less untranslated strings than your file.
msgfmt -c --statistics es.po
1136 translated messages, 97 fuzzy translations, 100 untranslated messages. 

msgfmt -c --statistics hugin.es.po 
926 translated messages, 200 fuzzy translations, 150 untranslated messages.

Please use the version from the beta source release or from
http://hugin.hg.sourceforge.net/hgweb/hugin/hugin/file/b21c646215be/src/translations/es.po
as base for your translation.
