Fixed in repository.
Strange this code is inside the repository since more than 6 months, but nobody reported this. So it seems that nobody probably used this feature.

  Text fields during save camera to lensfun database

Bug description:
  If I choose "Camera and Lens" tab, then "Save lens" button, "Save
  camera parameters to lensfun database", I get a window that says "Save
  camera to database" as a title, and with input fields named,
  respectively: "Maker", "Lens name", "Mount", all collected by a label
  called "Lens". Is this correct? I would have expected text fields
  containing details about the camera, not the lens(?)

  Also, the text field labelled "Lens name" contains the name of my
  camera, not the name of my lens, as a default string.
