Same problem on my Vista 32 / nvidia GeForce 9300M GS as on my Seven 64
/ Intel HD Graphics 4000. I found out where those lines come from : the
Grid checkbox in the first Preview tab. At least I can get rid of them,
which means there is an easy work around. Same issue in 2011.4.0, so
it's not a new bug.

  Fast Preview lines issue

Bug description:
  2012.0.0.8644d58bc334 on Windows 7 64 bits

  In the preview window, Panini General projection, when fiddling with
  the "Cmpr." setting, the image gets covered with blue lines so that
  the preview is nearly impossible. The blue lines return to normal if
  the Cmpr setting is restored to 100. This problem does not happen when
  changing the other settings.
