[Bug 1060589] Re: Batch assistant lose handmade panorama settings

If you send the project to the assistant queue, the assistant is running again (the same as you would push align). Therefore the mentioned manual changes to the panorama are lost.
After manual changes do not press "align" or "send to assistant queue". You should use then >only< "stitch now".
So the batch processor works as intended.

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:
  1) load images from here (it is good demonstrative): https://picasaweb.google.com/105790311280165173713/HuginBug1
  2) add its into Hugin;
  3) run "align";
  4) run GL preview: you will see crooked landscape;
  5) set projection to "equirectangular", press Center, Fit, Straighten, Autocrop;
  6) save project and close Hugin. Open this project again and see GL preview: panorama keeps you changes;
  7) send project to assistance queue;
  8) run stitching from assistance gui;
  9) see result: panorama will be crooked as in first GL preview before handmade corrections;
  10) load project in Hugin again and "Create panorama" directly from it;
  11) see correct result;
