This isssue is due to an incompatibility in OSX Lion. It makes the openmp
enabled enblend crash.
Please read the ReadmeFirst inside the downloaded dmg. The dmg also
contains another version of enblend that does work which is described in
the ReadmeFirst.

  Stitching eror on the final stage

Bug description:
  Error during stitching. The panorama does not stitch. It gives error
  while the stitcher is trying to combine all the layers for the final
  output.
