The first lines of the log say:
CMD.EXE was started with the above path as the current directory.
UNC paths are not supported. Defaulting to Windows directory.

Hugin is using GNU make and the Windows shell cmd.exe to do the
stitching. These programs does not support UNC path. These are external
programs and can't influence from Hugin.

So the workaround is to assign a drive letter to the net folder and
stitch to this drive.
