I was forgot write about system. 
I use Windows 7 Professional 64-bit and in work I use Win 7 Professional 32-bit (working on domain).
Hugin is download from sourceforge (http://sourceforge.net/projects/hugin/files/hugin/hugin-2012.0/) - installer for 32-bit system and for 64-bit system. 
I want to  check which version of libraries I use, but I dont know how ;) So when I check this, i will write here.

Title:
  nona and ptbatch working very slow (hugin 2012.0)

Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  PTbatch and nona are very slow.
  When i try stitch project, ptbatch loading all images of every project on his list !!! This operation take a very much time. 
  After start ptbatch I start stitching my project, nona is runing for all of image in project. It's ok. But nona every time loading all images of project (like PTbatch), not just one image, which should be prepare. 

  I was check this on 2 computers.
