I think you need to "add" first before fine tuning a CP pair, so it
turns up in the table.

I always have "auto add" activated.

There's also a keyboard shortcut: "f"

  Can't fine-tune control points

Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:
  New

Bug description:
  I'm using Hugin 2012.0.0 on Mac OS X 10.7.5. When manually adding a
  new control point it's not possible to fine-tune the control point.
  When using previous versions of Hugin on windows this was always
  possible.
