A new projections needs to be added to libpano (done in changeset 531cd379005d).
Also some minor modifications to Hugin are implemented in changeset 360f4ed0f7a5.

You will need updated libpano and Hugin from the repositories.

Bug description:
  Astronomers use panorama-stitching software for the creation of sky maps. They take images of all areas of the sky and combine them into a single photographic map of the sky.
  It would be a big simplification if Hugin would provide a map projection like Hammer projection or Aitoff projection as output image. Those projections are ideal for panoramic all-sky mapping applications.
