This is known and already fixed in the default branch (changeset 37ffb3d679eb).
Because this change needs more testing, I will not transplant it to the 2013.0 branch (It's only a warning, not an error. So it builds also without the patch, correct?)

  Hello,

  building hugin 2013.0.0 rc2 against boost 1.54 yields this warning
  (compared to boost 1.53):

  /usr/include/boost/signal.hpp:17:4: warning: #warning "Boost.Signals
  is no longer being maintained and is now deprecated. Please switch to
  Boost.Signals2. To disable this warning message, define
  BOOST_SIGNALS_NO_DEPRECATION_WARNING."

  Signals2 was introduced in Boost 1.39.0.
