looking at Hugin/Hugin-web/news.html, there is a statement to the effect "...this is now a hand maintained file...", so I assume that the web site update needs some manual intervention.
Can someone please confirm if I am on the right track here, and if so I will update to reflect the 2013 release, and to include a link to the wiki.
